Orifine is a fine silver jewellery brand crafting pieces in hallmarked 925 sterling silver, set with 8A-grade stones for high brilliance.
Do you provide authenticity?
Yes. Every product ships with an Authenticity Card. Metal and stone details appear on each product page.

Products & Care

What metal and stones do you use?
We use 925 sterling silver (hallmarked). Select designs feature 8A-grade stones.
Will silver tarnish?
Silver can naturally oxidize over time. Regular wear plus simple care keeps it bright.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep away from water, perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals. After wear, wipe with a soft dry cloth and store in the pouch/box provided.
How do I find my ring size?
Use the Size Guide on product pages. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for wider bands.

Orders & Shipping (India)

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping across India.
When will my order dispatch and arrive?
Orders typically dispatch within 48 business hours.
Delivery estimates: Mumbai ~2 business days; Rest of India ~3–10 business days (courier & pincode dependent). You’ll receive tracking via SMS/email.
Will my order ship in parts?
Sometimes—multi-item orders may ship in partial shipments so ready items reach you faster.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Possible before dispatch. Message us quickly with your Order ID.

Payments & Security

What payment modes do you accept?
Major debit/credit cards, UPI, net-banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) per policy.
Is COD available?
Yes—COD up to ₹14,999. Orders above ₹14,999 require full prepayment (no COD).
Are online payments secure?
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store full card details.

How do I apply a coupon?
Enter your code at checkout. One code per order; exclusions may apply.
First-time customer benefits?
If you opt-in to WhatsApp updates, you may receive a one-time welcome code (when available).

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?
7-day, no-questions-asked returns/exchanges from delivery date. Shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
WhatsApp your Order ID (e.g., #NEW1570…) to +91-8433898381 or raise a request on the website/app. Be available for the courier’s pickup call.
What if reverse pickup isn’t available at my pincode?
We may request self-ship (e.g., India Post). We reimburse up to ₹80; excess may be deducted from the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and verify the item, refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days. Prepaid → original method; COD → UPI/bank you provide. Banks may take 5–7 business days to reflect funds.

Lifetime Warranty

What does your warranty cover?
Coverage for tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible fine silver jewellery.
How is the resolution decided?
0–6 months → Replacement • 6–9 months → 50% invoice value in Orifine Wallet (valid 6 months) • 9–12 months → 25% in Wallet • Beyond 12 months → 15% in Wallet. Wallet is online-only, non-refundable, non-transferable.
What isn’t covered?
Regular wear & tear, breakage from mishandling, loss of stones, third-party alterations/resizing, custom-made sets.
How do I raise a warranty claim?
Email info@orifinejewels.com with subject “Warranty Request – [Order Number]”, description + clear photos. Once approved, self-ship to our Mumbai address and share AWB details in the same thread.

International

Do you ship internationally?
If available at checkout, duties/taxes & shipping are borne by the recipient. Timelines vary by destination. International returns/exchanges are not free.

Gifting & Packaging

Is gift packaging available?
Most orders ship in gift-ready packaging. Need a note? Contact Support with your order number (subject to availability).
Can I request a gift invoice without prices?
Message us right after ordering and we’ll try our best, where feasible.
