When will my order be dispatched?
Ready-to-ship styles are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during unusually high-volume periods may begin processing on the next business day.
If a product has a different dispatch period, it will be communicated on the product page or in your order confirmation.
How will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order has been handed to the courier, tracking details will be shared through SMS or email using the contact information entered at checkout.
Tracking may take a few hours to become active after the shipment has been created.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Address changes or cancellations may be possible before the order has been dispatched.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the parcel has been shipped, we cannot guarantee an address change or cancellation.
Why might my order arrive in separate shipments?
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately so available pieces can reach you sooner.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment. There will be no additional shipping charge for deliveries within India.
What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?
Delivery partners may make more than one attempt. Please keep your phone reachable and respond to courier calls or delivery messages.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful attempts or refusal of delivery, contact our support team for assistance.
What should I do if the parcel appears damaged or tampered with?
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or the seal appears tampered with, we recommend refusing delivery or recording the condition with the courier.
For missing, incorrect or damaged-item claims, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain the packaging and share clear photographs and a continuous 360° unboxing video recorded from the sealed state.
Does Orifine ship internationally?
Free shipping applies only to orders delivered within India.
If international delivery is available at checkout, shipping charges, customs duties, local taxes and import fees are payable by the recipient. International timelines vary by country and courier.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Eligible unused products may be returned or exchanged within seven days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
