Return Policy

  • 7-day, no-questions-asked returns/exchanges from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are subject to inspection & verification once the item reaches our warehouse.
  • If you purchased an Orifine Jewels product from a seller other than our official website/app, please follow that seller’s return policy.
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of ordering are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • For any missing-item claim, a 360° unboxing video from the sealed state is required.

Missing Items / Partial Returns

If a return claims multiple items but the pickup contains fewer, we may deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund. This applies to promotional items as well, including free gifts and silver coins if they were part of the original purchase.

How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. WhatsApp your Order ID (e.g., #NEW1570…) and contact number to +91-8433898381, or start a request on our website/app.
  2. After raising a request, please be available for reverse pickup and respond to the courier’s calls. Missed calls/unavailability may cause the pickup to be cancelled and require a new request.

Serviceability & Self-Ship

  • Most PIN codes support forward + reverse service; in rare cases a PIN may be forward-only.
  • If reverse pickup isn’t available, we may ask you to self-ship (e.g., via India Post).
  • We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to ₹80 during refund processing.
  • Any return logistics costs above ₹80 may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, we initiate refunds within 7–10 working days (as per RBI guidelines).
  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: refunded to the UPI ID or bank account you provide.
  • Posting times vary by bank; funds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after we process the refund. If delayed, please check with your bank/card issuer first.

If the exact item/variant isn’t available, we’ll help with the closest available option or process a refund.

Empty Parcel / Tampering Claims

  • Contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a 360° unpacking video showing the parcel opened from its sealed state.
  • Claims without sufficient evidence, or where tampering isn’t evident, may be declined after review. Final decisions rest with Orifine Jewels.
