Scope of Warranty (What’s Covered)

Our Lifetime Warranty covers tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible fine 925 sterling silver jewellery purchased from Orifine’s official website/app.

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID / invoice) is required.
  • Coverage applies to normal, intended use of the jewellery.

Warranty Resolution & Orifine Wallet

Depending on the time from delivery, we’ll resolve your claim as follows:

50% of invoice value in Orifine Wallet (valid 6 months)
9–12 months
25% of invoice value in Orifine Wallet (valid 6 months)
Beyond 12 months
15% of invoice value in Orifine Wallet (valid 6 months)

Orifine Wallet can be used online only and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Exclusions (What’s Not Covered)

  • Regular wear & tear (minor scratches, abrasions) from normal use
  • Breakage or deformation due to mishandling, impact, or accident
  • Loss of stones or crystals
  • Third-party alterations or resizing
  • Custom-made jewellery sets
  • Items without valid proof of purchase from Orifine

Eligibility & Preparation

  • Keep your Order ID and invoice ready.
  • Clean the item gently and take clear, well-lit photos showing the issue.
  • Claims must be raised by the original purchaser or gift recipient with proof of purchase.

How to Raise a Warranty Claim

  1. Email info@orifinejewels.com with subject: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Include: your name, contact number, order ID, description of the issue, and clear photos (showing tarnish/finish).
  3. Once approved, self-ship the product to:

  4. Share courier details and AWB number in the same email thread.

Additional Notes

  • All claims are subject to inspection and validation by the Orifine team.
  • If the exact item is unavailable, we’ll advise the closest alternative or apply the wallet credit as per the table.
  • Resolution timelines begin after the item is received and inspected at our facility.
