Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

Damage / Tampering on Delivery

• If you notice damage or a tampered seal, do not accept the parcel or record it with the courier.
• Report issues to us within 48 hours of delivery. A 360° unboxing video is highly recommended to help resolve claims quickly.
