2. Provide reason, upload at least two images, share pickup address & date, and choose refund method.

Refunds

• Processed in 7–10 working days (RBI guidelines) after pickup & verification.
• Prepaid: refunded to original payment method.
• COD: refunded to your UPI or bank account.

If the exact item isn’t available, we’ll help with the closest variant or process a refund.

How to Raise a Warranty Claim

1. Take a clear photo of the affected item showing the tarnishing/issue.
2. Email info@orifinejewels.com with:
   • Subject: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”
   • Description of the issue
   • Photo evidence
3. Once approved, self-ship to:

4. Share courier details and AWB number in the same email thread.
