For all orders, shipping is offered for free.

For orders placed before 11am IST, we endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after 11am IST will be processed the next business day.

During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

Returns will be accepted for up to 7 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

• Received the wrong item.
• Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
• Item had defects.
• Over delivery time.
  

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• Return shipping cost will be taken care by the company
• Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
